PollackExpress is a study aid designed to develop understanding through questions and analogies. AI output can be incorrect and must not replace a teacher, qualified professional, or the user's own judgment.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. If local law requires parent or guardian consent, you may use PollackExpress only after obtaining it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Educational use
PollackExpress may help explain concepts, analyze user-provided materials, and create study resources. You remain responsible for checking answers, following school rules, citing sources where required, and completing your own work. Do not use the service to cheat, impersonate someone, or misrepresent AI-generated work as independently completed work.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse usage limits, automate excessive requests, probe or bypass security, upload malware, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property, use the service for unlawful activity, or submit content you lack permission to process. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Uploads and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PollackExpress permission to host and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the right to submit it. For Pollack.AI Meetings, obtain the agreement of everyone being recorded. Recording support varies by browser and source. Local recordings are not backed up by PollackExpress; download files you want to keep. Live captions may be incomplete or inaccurate.
AI limitations
Responses may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. PollackExpress is not professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice. Verify important information through trusted sources and qualified adults or professionals.
Free and Pro access
Free access is subject to displayed usage limits. PollackExpress Pro is currently planned and payments are not being collected unless a verified checkout is explicitly presented. Future paid features, prices, fair-use limits, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Joining an interest list does not create a paid subscription.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience downtime, or discontinue features. We may adjust limits to manage safety, reliability, or provider costs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular academic result, or compatibility with every device or lesson source.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PollackExpress is provided "as is" without warranties. PollackExpress is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from reliance on AI output, unavailable service, or unauthorized account access. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten service integrity. Account deletion is available after login under Account & Privacy.
